Introduction

The tenth International Performers´ Competition took place in Brno between 19th and 24th September 2005 as a part of Brno International Music Festival.

International Performers´ Competition was presented by statutory City of Brno under the auspices of Richard Svoboda, Mayor of the Statutory City of Brno, with the financial support of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic and the Southern Moravia Region

Jury

Prize Winners' Concert

Prize Winners' Concert took part on September 24, 2005 at 3.00 p.m. in Convent of Merciful Brothers as a part of the Brno International Music Festival "Moravian Autumn 2005".

All Laureates were introduced to audience. The program of the concert was chosen by the jury based on the best performances from all rounds.

Partners

The Miraphone company donated to the holder of the 1st prize of the International Performers´ Competition 2005 a concert tuba of the mark Miraphone, according to own choice.

The company Amati-Denak s.r.o. Kraslice donated to the winner of the competition of The best interpretation of the piece by Evžen Zámečník a concert F-tuba of the mark Amati-Denak s.r.o. Kraslice.
